Can I enroll in automatic payments?
Yes, you can sign up for automatic billing:
Go to the DIRECTV.com sign-in page
Once you see Auto Bill Pay, click “Enroll Now”
Select how you want to pay
Check that everything is correct and click Submit
How can I find my DIRECTV account number?
To find your DIRECTV account number, look for the 9-digit number located at the top of your bill, or log in to your DIRECTV account and select My Overview.
What should I do if I can’t remember my DIRECTV username?
Go to DIRECTV.com and click “Forgot email or Access ID?
Under the My Account dropdown menu
Once redirected to AT&T, enter your account number and billing zip code
Click continue and select “DIRECTV” from the dropdown menu
Expect an email with your User ID to arrive shortly
Can I suspend my DIRECTV account?
Yes, if you have a zero account balance and meet several other requirements, you can temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 30 days. Call 1.800.531.5000 for details and to find out if you’re eligible.
What steps should I take to cancel my DIRECTV service?

If I cancel my DIRECTV via Satellite service, will I be charged cancellation fees?
Yes, you will be charged prorated cancellation fees up to $20/month if you cancel before your contract expiration date.
Can I still access DIRECTV in stormy weather?
